1. Empower(赋能)
It means providing additional capabilities, resources, or knowledge to cooperation partners or team members to enhance their performance and efficiency in cooperation projects and help achieve cooperation goals. For example, an e – commerce platform provides data analysis tools and marketing training courses for merchants settled on the platform. This helps merchants better understand the market and consumers and improve their sales performance, which is an empowerment for merchants.
2. Be on the same frequency(同频)
It means that all parties in cooperation are consistent in concepts, goals, rhythms, communication methods, etc., can understand each other and cooperate tacitly, reduce internal friction, and promote cooperation efficiently. For example, in a creative project, if the design team and the client reach a consensus on key matters such as the project style and delivery time and are on the same frequency, the project can be carried out smoothly.
3. Ecosystem(生态圈)
In business cooperation, it refers to a business ecosystem composed of multiple interrelated and interdependent enterprises or organizations. They create value and expand the market together through resource sharing, complementary advantages, etc. For example, with smartphones as the core, a huge ecosystem is formed, including chip manufacturers, software developers, accessory manufacturers, sales channel providers, etc. All links develop in coordination.
4. Bundle sales(捆绑销售)
Cooperative enterprises combine two or more products or services together and sell them at a unified price. The purpose is to increase product sales, improve customer satisfaction, and promote the coordinated promotion of related products or services. For example, a telecom operator bundles mobile phones and communication packages for sale to attract consumers to buy.
