1. Synergy effect(协同效应) It refers to the phenomenon that through mutual cooperation, resource integration, information sharing, etc., the combined effect of all parties in cooperation is greater than the sum of the effects of each party acting alone. For example, when a technology company cooperates with a traditional manufacturing enterprise, the technology company provides advanced technology, and the manufacturing enterprise uses its mature production process. Their coordinated cooperation not only improves product performance but also reduces production costs, which is an embodiment of the synergy effect.

2. Resource sharing(资源共享) It means that cooperation parties open up and share their respective resources, such as technology, equipment, data, channels, etc., to achieve more efficient utilization of resources, reduce costs, and enhance the overall competitiveness of cooperation projects. 4. Cross – border cooperation(跨界合作) It refers to enterprises or organizations from different industries and fields breaking traditional industry boundaries, using their respective advantageous resources to carry out cooperation projects, creating new products, services, or business models to meet the diverse needs of consumers and open up new market spaces. For example, a beauty brand and a popular game company carry out cross – border cooperation and launch co – branded cosmetics, attracting a large number of young consumers with the help of the game’s fan base.
