The 6th series of black words commonly used in business situations in China includes ‘esource integration（资源整合）’, ‘Co – operate in a coordinated way（协同作战）’, ‘Free – ride（搭便车）’ and ‘Fix the weaknesses（补短板）’.
1. Resource integration（资源整合）
It means collecting, organizing, and allocating the scattered resources (human, material, financial, information, etc.) of all parties, making them cooperate with each other to maximize their effectiveness and promote the better development of cooperation projects.
2. Co – operate in a coordinated way（协同作战）
It means that two or more parties in cooperation break down the barriers between departments and enterprises for a common goal, collaborate and cooperate with each other to form a joint force and jointly promote the progress of the project.
3. Free – ride（搭便车）
In cooperation, one party obtains benefits by taking advantage of the resources, achievements, or efforts of other parties without making corresponding efforts.
4. Fix the weaknesses（补短板）
In a cooperation project, identify the deficiencies in capabilities, resources, etc. of oneself or the cooperation team and take measures to improve and enhance them, so as to strengthen the overall competitiveness.
